Sisters of the Holy Blood in Holland

The first two pictures show the chapel before the last after the wreckovation of their chapel, as early as 1963. The chapel was reconsecrated on the day that Pope Paul VI was crowned. I have attended Vespers in the chapel- of devotion to the Holy Blood in the chapel or among the residents, not a trace.

I was in Holland last February, great photos...visited the famous St. Nicholas Church in downtown...ironically next to the Red Light District, LOL

Actually I find the new look very simple and light, with the addition of an altar facing the cross, it would be a lovely chapel for NEW construction.
However to realize what was destroyed to get there is really sad, what beautiful old church, but such was the spirit of V2 desecration
and wreckovation.
